Anum-- who will be mostly in the new store-- is amazing and fast. Even when there is a line she will still take her time and do a great job on your eyebrows under pressure. The only negative is it is very expensive. I haven't found another threading place in Delaware that was cheaper with just as high of quality work.
There's a particular lady there who's heavier and she also SUCKS! You tell her to do your eyebrows a particular way and she just does it how she pleases. More then once I've been through this. I was bouta square up with her the last time, I had to leave asap.
I go to this place every three weeks , and I've been loving it ,but lately they have been messing up my eyebrow shape. One eyebrow is higher then the other, and ones arched and the other one isn't. I go again today three weeks after the first incident , to try a new lady, and now I have the same issue now ! Horrible you lost my business!!!
I had the most positive experience getting my eyebrows threaded here. After all the bad reviews I was nervous about the quality of work. I was pleasantly surprised. I had been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. I asked for my eyebrows to be fuller and she did an amazing job.
Never again!!! There's only 1 girl there who does my eyebrows correct, just got them done for the second time by someone else and this is her second time messing them up, they were ridiculously uneven and I had to keep telling her what needed to be fixed, let's not forget the fact that she tried to tell me I was missing hair on the left eyebrow, which was what she said about the right eyebrow weeks ago.. turns out she messed me up and also left a few scars on my eyebrow!!! They've lost me as a customer
