These guys do a great job. Car looks and smells great inside and out. My go-to car wash in Newark.
If your car is over a certain mileage it is recommended that you not put in the same oil you've always used! These guys no nothing about recommending the correct type of oil but will recommend you get all these upgrades to your car. After i got my oil change a few hours later i notice my car shaking. I took it to my mechanic the next day and he advised they put the wrong oil in my car. I spoke with Wassem the location manager to change the oil to the correct one. He was VERY rude and didn't even offer to replace the correct oil. He wanted to charge me all over again. AFTER coming here for over 10 years I was surprised to see this type of Customer service. WASSEM THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS! WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE!
Nothing really to write about. More soap and real work would help clean cars. Had to clean the rims myself and dry the car. Great place to get a juice and use the bathroom. You be the judge!
BECAREFUL THIS PLACE WILL PUT THE WRONG OIL IN YOUR CAR!
Horrible Horrible Horrible..:. And VERY EXPENSIVE!!! They speed through the wash leaving dirt and spots everywhere and demand you move out of the way so they can service (ripoff) the next customer. Last time going there. People BE AWARE!!!! Go somewhere else.
