This is the worst place EVER. The people are so Rude and they don't care to help anyone. I went to other city Hall and they work faster and more professional than Newark City Hall.
Please correct your website. The hours are "INCORRECT" says your open at 8am - 6pm
If you don't like what you do for living, go find another job. I'm trying to get some information but all I got was: "we're busy here", "you have to talk to the manager, but he's not going to be here until next week", etc. Really bad service.
