The waiting time is too long, even if u have appo. But the doctors are really good. My doctor is Juanita and she's really good I love her. And my baby's doctor mark Camiolo is so good as well. They just need to fix that problem with waiting time. And need more parking space specially in that area. But if I have another baby I will go back with Juanita.
Horrible I was in there today my appt it was a 1:00 , i came 12:35 the nurse call me a 1:00 pm to stay in the room for nothing i never saw the dr I walk to the front door a 2:45 pm and the nurse dont says nothing to me
They stress making appointments. You come on time you wait to be seen. You come EARLY you wait to be seen. God forbid you come late. The waiting time is an hour to two. NEVER COME WITHIN 2 hours of the woman that runs all the tests and does blood work because she goes on lunch at 1:30p.m.. The only way you get seen timely is if you have a 9:00am appointment.
Terrible place.... waited 5 hours with an appointment for nothing.... wasted my hard earned money for no refund because they gave me a hard time... I don’t recommend this place to anyone.. very disappointed
Stay away from Mercy In the pediatric department. Very unprofessional. Seems like an inferior complex to blacks (mind you she's black in completion). Every time I took my daughter in for her check ups she treated me like dirt. I was always so nice to her until I noticed she was trying to flirt with my husband... What nonsense? Dr. Camiolo is totally great and a reputable Dr. Unfortunately this young girl beneath him is very rude, narcissistic and makes you feel inadequate whenever you ask her questions. Took my baby somewhere else. It takes a village even in the medical field if she doesn't like children or married women she should quit her job.
