The place is always clean. And the washing machine prices are excellent.
I hate this place the lady with blonde hair always is nasty and on top of it they try kicking me out at 10 pm with my wet clothes saying I'm not allowed to dry because it's to late! Why the hell you say you open till 12 but always try closing the place early!! False advertising!! Security gard is also a nasty MF!!
What I don't like about it is that you have to let them know when you want to go to the bathroom. Your laundry card no longer activates the restroom door to unlock, so therefore when you or your kids need to go you gotta find the attendant. A certain short haired blonde....I won't name names had a attitude. Plus I mistakenly left my bathroom rug there... I know (my fault) but I called the next day & they told me to come down.. they said they had it I made 2trips for it and it turned into a wild goose chase... NO RUG They said they throw stuff out the same night...they don't keep nothing. So who told me to come down then!..Why wasn't that said from the get go. I would have understood. I'm DONE with this one. Maybe I'll try the other SHOWCASE.
Just dont go on a Sunday or you'll be waiting for days on a dryer. ppl put their clothes in the dryers and leave. Not enough dryers
This is am AMAZING laundry mat! Their large load washers are priced at an exceptional $4!!!! There aren't many, if any machines, it if service and I've been coming here since the grand opening over a year ago. Prices remain the same and the location is kept clean and orderly. The facility, itself, gets my highest rate of approval!
