Mike was super friendly, fast, and efficient! I'm from Chicago but we're using an Airbnb and lost one of the keys. After waiting almost 1 1/2 for 24 hour locksmith we decided to call and found out they cancelled on us because they felt like we couldn't afford their prices so they decided to tell us they were on their way and never came! We called mike, and he was at the rental in less than 30 min. He was so helpful and kind, we probably won't use his service again since we're from Chicago but if your a resident of Newark please don't hesitate to call him!!! Also best prices; other companies will ask $300+ per lock. Mike was reasonable with his pricing. Thanks mike!!!

In addition to fixing the broken lock, he went above and beyond by tuning up the entire door latching mechanism.
