I came here on a Tuesday to watch Jumanji, To be honest it's the best place I've been to,I came with family from across the state's for the holidays, and they loved it, it's clean, the floors aren't sticky like most theaters I've gone to, the staff is nice. Definitely coming back.
If the staff (mostly people under 28) keep the popcorn FRESH and don't water down the soda then this place will be 5 stars..... also one of the managers (slim black guy over 40) is a bit of a DICK! I need the people working at Citypkex 12 to keep in mind of the service they are providing as employees versus the service they'd like to receive when they themselves are customers and just maybe people would start receiving better service & customers would be more polite etc... one hand washes the other
This is my first time, this place the parking is small, but you always can use the parking place for Farmers Market. I saw the movie Ninjago and I feel very safe and this place is good for kids. I would like to come again as lot more screenings 4 popular movies. If you come before 12, there is a steep discount that I like. As many refills on the drink. Who doesn't like it,?
Here's the thing. I go to this theater a lot. Maybe a couple of times a month. I really like it, sometimes the popcorn is a little stale but even that isn't that serious. The place is clean the staff is mostly friendly and the showing rooms are good! But I have a problem when the person running the register forgets to give you you're change and nobody wants to help. I mean you got cameras just run them back. Yea a free ticket is great and all but I still need the 8 dollars your cashier basically stole from me. I don't care if your register is already 16 dollars short. I'm a customer and you have surveillance. Figure it out. Even Shaq hit a couple of free throws, damn!
Welcoming atmosphere! With security on standby. The times that my family and I have visited city pled 12, the facilities, and waiting area has been clean. Theater floor have been clear of popcorn for the most part. Most importantly the movies have played without a hitch.
