DEFINATELY one of the WORST Ryder locations I've ever been to, everyone there has a bad attitude, I lost a LOT of money due to problems with their truck....go to Moonachie, NJ Ryder Location...they are awsome over there!!!
Unprofessional, didn't honor online reservation and didn't even bother to call to let me know before I waisted my time getting there.
Rental trucks have many problems. Cannot keep lease trucks on the road.
Crappy equipment
The area manager the trailer is fine out side in middle on the street..i had 2 fine on trailer i show the area manager he said is not his problem is ur company problem.. what a bad person doesnt care!
