Myself and two other homeowners experienced the same unpleasantness and complete lack of communication. But to be quite honest why would you want a plumber that is dishonest and flighty I imagine he would walk off the job too or never show up. Work on your communication and customer service if you cannot or do not want a job say it and do not have people waiting on you. Do not use your automated answering machine as a secretary.
