Whenever i think of cold storage facilities and my past dealings, it has always been a challenge to cordinate my orders with driver pick-ups without a long wait time. As time is money, a sitting driver is an added expense. When i began to store with Garden State i was skeptical but the sales team convayed a very different approach and that is that customer service is the top priority. They were not kidding! Often i can pickup within a few hours of placing an order. The outbound team is always very friendly and willing to accomodate to make the process smooth and easy. I recommend GSCS to anyone that is fed up with overpriced space and poor service.

The staff at this location are very nice and professional. They get our drivers in/out very quickly. We will do business again in the future!
