It has improved a lot with cleanliness and freshness and variety of produce. If you are lucky you can find fresh fish. I am impressed by the range of ethnic foods you can find here. Everyday items like onions, potatoes, herbs etc are fairly priced. I would love to see them improve their service and maintain consistency in the quality of meats. That is one thing I better buy in whole foods or Trader Joe's.
I've had several unpleasant experiences at this supermarket. From produces spoiling shortly after purchase to sale price misunderstandings. My most recent issue was on Thanksgiving day I called and asked what was their closing time. I got there an hour before the stated time and surprisingly they were closed. This was a last minute decision done by the owner. Understandably it was an holiday but accurate information is key to everyone's decision making.
They don't have a rewards card but it's very clean. Isles are clearly marked. Fruit and meat is usually pretty fresh.
They have some very interesting ethnic products that you would pay a lot more for somewhere else (e.g. Ukrainian birch tree juice)!!! Some of their stuff is really cool. Really worthy!
Use to shop here all the time because the seafood section was good. It has been awful without Solomon. Get Solomon back!
