Customer service is great, the hair is remarkably phenomenal. I've have my hair for a bout 4years, I've colored it many tines and done several installments. It doesn't shed more does it get tangle. Best virgin hair I've seen thus far.
Absolutely the best hair i've ever purchased! i never do reviews for anything but i stand by this hair 100% i purchased the kinky curly bundles back in 2014. i have bleached and dyed the hair and though the curls have loosened a bit the quality of the hair has NEVER changed, every installment is like the first installment! in 2015 i went back for more and purchased the natural wave bundles. i also dyed that hair several times and each time it pops back to normal! i do not apply any products to this hair except normal shampoo and conditioner. no shedding, no tangling, no problems ever with this hair. there's NO need for "hair revival tricks" or youtube videos on how to bring your hair back to life. this is HONESTLY hair you can TRUST!
