The store makes you run around in circles promising to do things such as call the publisher to find out where the book is before telling you the next day that they "are not allowed to call the publisher anymore". Its ridiculous and they put me on hold when I tried to call them saying they would transfer me twice to someone who could help me. This ended with the phone hanging up on me and me having to call back twice before the same person picked up again, clearly uninterested in my problem.

First semester here and I ordered a book from them online. At first I was supposed to have it delivered to my house. I ordered this book back on the 8th and had not gotten a "resolution" until the 16th.

I was happy I was finally going to read and explore books, but we could not stay the restrooms were out of order.

I was also standing in line and heard someone complaining about not getting an access code with one of the books to which the shop replied: "that's our fault, we should have put it there but we cant do anything now, sorry."

Online and on the store's door it says they close at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:40 pm and the doors were locked, no employees in sight. They must close before 7:00 pm and this discrepancy needs to be addressed. I called in advance to make sure they would have an item I need immediately for class and now I cannot buy it.

I called to see if they had a book that I wanted in stock (Not a text book) and they said they couldn't check and didn't seem interested in helping me. I just find it weird that they don't have some sort of inventory system or way they can look up books through the register. I also don't understand why someone working on the floor couldn't just check for me... isn't that what people at the bookstore are there for? To help you find books. But okay...

This bookstore is no different from any other college-leased one. Youre better off paying more money on Amazon or eBay for a reliable delivery. Would not recommend at all.

I bought a loose leaf physics book and was told that it had a Wileyplus access code in it but I opened it and it didn't have one. I emailed and called but no one answers. Can't even refund the damn thing because I opened the wrapping.

I've tried both calling and going there physically to no avail.
