Expensive, look elsewhere for books and materials. If you're looking for NJIT apparel this is the only place to get it.

The staff here is usually nice and cheerful but everything is extremely over priced.

love the customer service, i was in and out getting my books within 15 mins the day before classes started this past spring semester!

Everytime I've been there the people have been very nice, prices are moderate at times but I suggest that you don't buy books here as there are much better options elsewhere.
