This is a wonderful fun place to work out they also offer Chiropractic, massage and acupuncture at their Hayes Valley Location. Their customer service is awesome and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and hello!
I've been signed up for this gym for about 2 weeks, but it's already been great. It's clean, the staff is attentive, and it's rarely super busy. I came from 24 Hour Fitness so this was just what I needed - a less busy and simple gym. Will, the manager, is also super helpful and seems to truly care about the people who go there.
I'd recommend everyone to go and check this gym out. My friends and I, all come here for the classes and the instructors here are excellent and very motivating. Highly recommend this gym.
I absolutely love this gym and the atmosphere. The people here at great, the owners and amazing and the equipment is top of the line and super well maintained. You Can't possibly own a better gym than ironbound fitness.
Great local gym! Such a unique place and a good value. I love the personalized feel of this gym. It's just the right size and the customer service/staff is great! Large enough to have everything I want, but without the depersonalized, corporate feel of the larger chain gyms.
