There's an AirTrian ticket that can take you to Manhattan's Penn Station. Once you arrive to this station you need to change platform to take the train. Elevators can get real crowded, so you need to take the electric escalators, this can be an issue if you carry many luggage.

Airtrain to sluggish to rail stations.very very slow . Not enough cars . Not synced with arrivals of njt. Needs updating, better off with cab service if you can afford it . Huge time waster
