All of the signs make it easy to navigate and the attendants are extremely helpful.
Absolutely delighted that I can rate this!! Worst excuse for a tram system on the PLANET. Took 22 minutes to go two stops from the Amtrak to C terminal. Waited forever at P4. Train is so slow, pack mules could carry passengers and their luggage faster and with a better customer satisfaction score.
AirTrain took 30 minutes to get from Terminal A to the NJ Transit station on a Sunday night. I missed the last train to Long Branch by about 30 seconds. No refunds on NJ Transit so I ended up paying for a train and an Uber thanks to AirTrain. Ridiculous.
