First would like to say Dr. Le is an amazing doctor wish I could continue to be in his care, As far as his billing dept goes totally unexectlable. I have highmark blue cross blue shield ppo state of Delaware employee benefits. Dr.le is in network with this insurance. I’ve been told by them and bluecross of this, but for some reason one of the most common insurances is showing as out of network and instead of someone calling blue cross to figure out why the claim show out of network they just keep billing me. Highmark say they billed incorrectly as a Maryland provider, obviously I live in Delaware and I went to the office in Delaware. It’s now been a year and four months later and I just received another bill. I thought this was handled and taken care of and out of the blue I got another statement. They just don’t know what they are doing. Called so many times. At this point I feel like legal action will be the only way to get them to do there job.

Dr. Le is the most caring, intelligent doctor that I have ever been to. I have been seeing him for 10 years and have no complaints about him whats so ever! I've followed him to 3 different locations. If your looking for a doctor who actually cares and spends the time with you, look no further he's great. But remember since he spends time with you means you may wait to see him.
Dr Le is a wonderful doctor. He is intelligent, caring and focuses on helping to fix the root of problems rather than just treating the symptoms. His office and staff are easy to work with and are great with scheduling appointments quickly. Thank you Dr. Le
They make you pay a copay just to read CT scans to you in person. My last doctor never charged for "followup" that requested so they could go over results.
