Dr Emmons is great, very caring about his patients, and spends the time to clarify everything. But, beware of his staff, and his assistant, they are very rude and unprofessional, often times yelling at their patients. I inquired about MY medical records, and was told I have no right to them without paying a ridiculous fee or getting the subpoenaed by a lawyer BECAUSE since they are a private facility, I had no right to MY medical records. I was screamed at for 3 minutes that my records needed to be subpoenaed if I wanted them. I will be changing Doctors after this experience.
