I have a cough that won't go away I figured it's about time I go see a doctor for it. I called this office 2 times before I arrived at 3:26pm to ask what time they closed. I was told 5pm and that the last patient would be seen at 4:30pm. So as I made my way to the clinic I got lost and had to call the office to make sure I had the correct address this was when I made my second call. Mind you I called minutes before 3:26pm when I arrived. So I just walked into the office only to be told that the office is closed in an extremely rude manner by the blonde girl with terrible 2 inch brown roots and the other one sitting at the computer with her messed up over plucked brows said the exact same thing only she added an eye roll. "We're closing early today come back tomorrow 8 am". Why couldn't either of them tell me over the phone that they were closing early??? I only called 2 times within the hour!!!! These two females at the front desk are rude, lazy, and disrespectful. I can just tell they both hate their jobs/lives. I guess that's what unhappy people do-take it out on patients at their job.
My advice: Call the facility before you go
I first went to Concentra and immediately was told by the rude staff member that it was going to be over a two hour wait at 8am in the morning so I decided to search for other urgent care centers in the area & came across this place so when i came in last week i was worried if my this place took my insurance, whether it would be a longer wait or the same . I decided to take a chance & when I got there the Hispanic girl at the front desk (Cindy I think) was very helpful and assisted me with changing my Dr. walking me through the process in which I was pleased . the office is very quiet and clean but it was hot , the doctor was very attentive and my meds got to the pharmacy on time ! I checked in and was seen in less than 30 minutes ! by far this is the cleanest & quickest urgent care I've ever been to ... very pleasant staff
Being with them for two years now and They seem to be very nice clean and very professional,only thing I don't really like is that to get a referral it take u a whole week but I guess is because is only one girl at the front desk other than that is good ,the nurse practitioner Latoya is very nice and professional she doesn't hesitate on running all the test you need to make sure what exactly you having not only making statements , and I know this since I also work on the healthcare environment so my review a 5 star plus !
Sorry I cannot give zero stars. This is supposed to be an Urgent Care facility. They supposedly open at 7:30AM. I arrived this morning at 8:30AM only to find out that there was no physician on hand. The excuse I got was that they have several providers and that one did not show up and if they did not show up in the next half hour they would close the facility for the day. I would guess from where this facility is located that they get quite a few walk up patients. Lucky I had a car and was able to drive to Lyndhurst to another facility..where the doctor was in.
