They have one star because I cant give zero. Today is oct 17 2017 last night there was NO water in the entire hotel I had to wash my hair with bottled water. The front desk gentleman was very apologetic about the whole situation. He made my night better. Come to find out this morning as I was checking out I over herd a worker saying to another one of her Co workers that the owner knew that we would not have any water for our stay and CHOSE to let us check in THEN tell us that there was no water. The owner should not be allowed to use the Marriott name he is shady and money hungry. I will not be staying here ever again. I am disgusted with my stay. The only thing good about my entire stay was the front desk gentleman.
Nice, updated room and a comfy bed. Everything feels clean and well maintained which is always nice. The free breakfast was definitely above average and very much appreciated. The only knock against this place is the location. I understand being an airport hotel means there won’t be much around, but it takes a long time to get here from the airport considering how close it is.
Great rooms and comfy bed. The king room has a separate sitting area which is great for watching TV. There is also a microwave and fridge with a decent size bathroom. Room doors are pretty heavy. Breakfast is hot but barely edible IMO. I've had much better breakfast at other hotels in this price point.
The rooms were nice and modern. The hotel is located close to the airport, though it can be a little hard to find the entrance (there are signs to help guide you when you get close). The free hotel WiFi was reliable and fairly fast. The provided breakfast was fairly standard for hotel breakfasts, but good nontheless. Overall, I would stay here again.
I came to celebrate my 40th Wedding Anniversary and I have been bitten by something in our room. We were moved to the room next door and I have another bite on my foot. I tried to make it enjoyable because my son and daughter in law came from Alabama to celebrate with us. And my son's in laws came to celebrate with us and I didn't want them to worry about me. But I'm very concerned about what keeps biting me. And I wonder if it's something that is going to be in my luggage!!! I have a fear of carrying my clothes home. My family have gone and I really want to leave also. This is very disappointing to be in a room that I can't get comfortable and enjoy my husband. Heartbroken yet hopefully no one else will ever go through this situation.
