Parked at 232 Mulberry Street last night for the Devils game. I used the Parking Whiz app to buy my ticket in advance. Upon arrival, the guy at the lot immediately started yelling when he saw I was using an app to park because he had to "go get his pad and pen" to write down my information. He was extremely rude and made us pull off to the side and wait for 10 minutes while helping other customers. When he finally came to my car he was still extremely rude asking for my license and parking pass number. I was in the middle of getting my license for him when he muttered some words, left us again and went back to helping other customers. He came back for the last time and tried writing down my parking pass number.. and when his pen wasn't working he started blaming me using an app to park for his pen not working. Who blames a customer using an mobile app for your pen not working? Seriously? The guy was a disgrace and an absolute joke. I will never park there again. Terrible.
I had no problem leaving my vehicle here until today. I went to NYC for a few hours and when I came back to get my Jeep the attendant could not get it to stay in park, it kept rolling forward and wouldn't go in reverse either. I told him I've never had that problem with my truck before his only response was I don't know I moved the truck twice. I had to drive home with my hazards on because my truck would barely accelerate. I went to a mechanic just to find out that one of the idiots that moved my Jeep hit a button on the steering wheel causing the problem I had. They were also playing with my satellite radio because I have all of my stations preset and when I turned it on it was on a station I don't even listen to. I'm going to find out who the owner is & file a complaint.
Horrible beyond comprehension. Park anywhere else but here for Prudential Center. Not safe, impossible to get into the lot, staff is not to be trusted.
I had a parking ticket which was validated by a local company contracted with the parking lot to have customers pay $4. The very rude man in the booth told me that I still had to pay $12 and when I tried to show the validation he argued with me and charged me and charged me $12. I won't be parking here ever again.
If they ask to keep your key during an event, refuse to do so as they might take 10 minutes to find it - and then you’re stuck in traffic for a while.
