I thought taxes paid for public streets. What happened or didnt happen here is beyond me. Thanks for Michelin man getting me out of there asap.

Go somewhere else. Car drop off and shuttle to Newark terminal very efficient. Pick up was another story. As first time customers we didn't know where to wait for the shuttle. The woman at the office was very condescending when we called to get help. We didn't know where pick up was and she was no help, rude. We finally got picked up and got our car. Whoever drove the car for us to pick up spilled soda or some kind of sticky liquid all over the driver seat and center console, disgusting.

If I could give a zero I would! i WILL NO LONGER be using this company's services in the future. I had a horrible experience yesterday and cannot believe the way my family was treated. I called the customer service people on August 16 a little before 5 pm to arrange for pick up, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and then was told to go to the meeting location in terminal C. I arrived at 5:10 and waited until 5:25 for a bus to come. The bus arrived almost FULL and could not take my family of 5; however people whom just arrived took the remaining seats. We were told by the driver another bus was coming in 5 minutes. After the bus did not show, I called the customer service people and was told they come every 15 minutes. After explaining we were there for over 20 minutes, they promised me a bus would come directly for us (we were in terminal C-last stop) and not pick up other passengers to ensure we would get seats as we had 5 people in our party. After waiting another 20 minutes (again, the buses are supposed to be coming every 10-15 minutes), I called to see where the driver was. I was told he was at terminal A and would be there shortly! I asked why he went to A when they promised me that they would pick us up directly. I was told they had other passengers to pick up (meanwhile at this point we had been waiting well over 35 minutes). She promised me that they would pick us up next. The bus arrived at 5:58! Almost 1 hour after I initially called!! On top of this there was NO room again for my family and my husband had to stand in the van or wait another 1/2 hour for a van! Seriously? We had been traveling over 12 hours and would have to wait more time??? and to top it off there were two employees sitting in the first row and front seat taking up space for paying customers??? why weren't these people driving the vans?-I was a long standing customer and had recommended your company to others! That is no longer the case!! Your customer service person could have offered to have me speak with a manager, offered a discount for the hassle we had gone through but NOTHING!! As I waited 50 minutes to get transportation back to your facility, I watched your competitors (Jiffy, Parking Spot) come by 5 times!! In fact the guy from Jiffy asked us what the problem was as he saw us sitting there so long!! Guess whom I will be using for my upcoming September trip? I will be canceling my reservation with your company as it is clear you do not care about your customers!!

We park here pretty much every time we fly out of Newark, which is about once every three months. The process is simple, shuttles are frequent, and the staff is pretty helpful with loading/unloading. Prices are also reasonable, and usually a coupon is available somewhere online.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are awful, they will drive your car recklessly right in front of you, then they will take forever to pick you up. I also saw multiple customers with flat tires! As soon as I got out of my car the attendant jumped in and took off at high speeds in a small little parking lot. Very unprofessional! Spend a little extra and look at other locations!
