Absolute worst experience with this place today. Let's just say I'm still sitting in Jersey & not at my destination due to the lack of customer service this place provided. I am not from the area & drove over an hour to catch a flight out of Newark. After getting off the exit to go to jiffy my GPS was taking me in circles due to the construction & detour routes in the area. In attempt to NOT miss my flight, I decided to call the facility so they could assist me with getting there & explaining that I am not familiar with the area. I was instructed to put a different address in my GPS and from that location, they would guide me to their lot. Long story short, I ended up being on the phone and continued to drive in circles for another 25 minutes... I finally got there and was told the shuttle would be there (and was recognized because by this time the guy I was speaking with asked what kind of vehicle I was driving & days he saw me) & could get me to the airport in 3 minutes. I watched the shuttle pick up a passenger & drive in the opposite direction... leaving me & my bags standing there as he proceeded to the airport. I hiked through the lot to the front office & asked the lady did the shuttle just leave me, she made a call, said "no he's coming" I stood there 10-15 more minutes before a shuttle showed back up... he clearly had left me. I missed my flight to a business trip on an airline that told me they only fly to my location twice a week so there was nothing I could do. The lady in the office just said "sorry you missed your fight". I lost $ on my flight as well as the rental car that I had reserved and so I got was "sorry". Keep in mind I called for help with directions a little over an hour before my flight was scheduled to depart and was driving in a loop within minutes of them while on the phone with them that entire time.
Great customer service. Not really expensive. Fenced parking lot with lights on perimeter, security cameras for better protection.
This is a great place to park at a much cheaper rate than the airport. The shuttle service is timely despite all the construction in the area. The area is monitored properly making it feel like a safe location.
I would give them a zero if I could. I reserved parking in advance and arrived at Jiffy before my flight. Once inside the parking lot I was told they were completely full and I would have to double park my car and leave my keys with them. The reason I chose to park here was the fact that I could park my car, lock it and keep my keys.
Had a great experience with Jiffy parking. Reasonable prices. No one drives your car while you are away. You park it, lock it and keep the keys. Quick pickup, no surprises at checkout. Friendly and helpful staff
