They have certainly lost me as a customer, and my associates - Horrible horrible experience
Lack of professionalism in attendant, and paid security officer who feel they can intimidate one because they're armed with a gun.
If could give a lower than 1 star I would.
If this is not Unauthorized imprisonment , I don't know what is, and if you refuse to comply they threaten to call the police.
How unprofessional!
The conversation ended with "there are numbers on the ticket maybe if you play them in the lottery you will win big" Really?????
If you are going to Prudential Center and don't mind walking for about 5 minutes, this is the best option for parking. It's much cheaper than the parking lots right next to Prudential Center if you book online in advance. It is also indoor and well lit.
I called today to explain the whole thing and they didn't want to hear it.
I have been parking in this deck for the last 5 years for New Jersey Devils games. Saturday night was no different. There was an incident during the 3rd period that I was unable to retrieve my vehicle, so my son went. Since I was in the room with the prudential security and the Emt's., I forgot to give him my parking ticket. He tried to explain to them what transpired but they wouldn't hear it. As he paid the $18.00, my daughters boyfriend ran to give him the parking ticket. They refused to give the difference of $6.00.
The entrance was a bit hard for me to find the first few times I parked here. Each day I parked the staff were very friendly.
All of this headache for $18
Horrible customer service.
Appeared to not want to be at work, looked intoxicated or "high" on something.
Their process is to park your vehicle, go into an office to fill out some paperwork with your name and address. In the mean while the attendant accepts your cash payment with a bogus receipt which has no date, the amount paid, time (in essence nothing relevant). You then have to take the "bogus" receipt to another location to get a another receipt which will allow you to exit the parking facility.
RACIST RENT A COP!! - I've been a paying monthly parker in this garage for 2 whole years - I rode my bike on a Thursday to work - parked all day no issues - left work at 6 and came back with 3 of my friends at 7:30 PM to attend an outdoor concert at NJPAC - Racist Rent a Cop was extremely rude and over-zealous - he even called the local PD as if we were in a biker gang or something!.. He made me and my friends leave the parking garage, saying bikes weren't allowed to park here! - EVEN THOUGH I PARKED MY BIKE THERE THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS DAY!! He was extremely rude to my friends and at one point shouted at one of them to BACK OFF! like we were going to attack him or something.. we literally left shaking our heads, went across the street and parked all 4 bikes in 1 parking spot for 20 bucks!.. ITS 2017 - IF YOUR A RACIST RENT A COP, PLEASE HAVE A POWER TRIP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! NOTICE TO LAZ MANAGEMENT - CHECK YOUR SECURITY PERSONNEL - THEY'RE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR COMPANY'S REPUTATION!
Had an event in the building where this parking garage is located, and the event organizers took parking tickets, and unfortunately were never given back. On our way out, they attendant rudely told us without a ticket we couldn't leave, and that we had to pay for a full day.
Be aware of where you park!
Attendant was very rude, and disrespectful for no reason.
