Be careful when parking your car here. The employees have sticky fingers. Had an item stolen from my car and when I informed the person on duty I was asked to fill out a complaint form. His reaction lead me to believe that this sort of thing happens a lot at Vista. I also never received a call back from the manager. Will be looking to park elsewhere going forward.
I've never had any issues with the place they always have my car in great condition and pick me up quickly enough when I arrive, so I have nothing to complain about and have great prices to go along with that.
Easy on and off the highway. The service was very good. Safe place to park even in the very early hours.
Been parking here for over 15 years. Have noticed recently the pickup time has gotten longer and longer. Last time I waited half an hour only for the driver to finally come and tell me he is waiting for more passengers. They always tell me to do my call once I have my luggage and am outside so I asked them why they were waiting for someone else if they tell me they won't wait for me. Driver gave me major attitude. Finally after waiting and no one showing up he just left. For now giving them a 1 star. If I get a response from the owner will update the rating.
Read other reviews on the place here and I can't say I agree. Although I never travel during the busiest parts of the day or on busiest travel dates to compare.
Nice place, been using them the better part of a decade. Only once were they full and I needed to find somewhere else to park.
