The skating and music is awesome . But after skating a lot you would want something to drink or eat . I went to the "cafe" aka the concession stand and there was only one register open . Not only the workers are unprofessional they genuinely don't care to be there . Just interested in gossiping to their coworkers. There was no type of order. No type of supervisors to look over these young kids controlling this concession stand . The ticket booth was even worst . When your telling them how many people will be attending , you can hardly hear the lady behind the counter . When you tell her you can't hear her over the music and the kids she catches an attitude . Not only didn't she give me my tickets for the free slices and free drinks . I had to keep going back to the ticket booth for mistakes they made .I went there with interest in this particular package deal I saw on their webpage . I went there and they said it's only for the weekdays . The hours on the website said they would be open until 10 but I guess someone decided they wanted to close a whole hour early . They definitely need to be under new management.
My party host is Zamidrah & she was very nice from the beginning explained everything to me and made sure I understood. The most memorable experience was the look on my child face of how well he was treated. && as far as customer service it was good.
To stand outside and have different County Officers have you form different lines and keep over riding the other one was priceless. 19 degrees and it took over an hour to get in is not worth me returning. 1 register open is not efficient at all.
I found it was organized. The DJ was spinning all the right music. A smile goes a long way. Maybe someone should tell the staff that when they engage the patrons they should SMILE! My grandson & his guests has a BLAST!!! We'll be back!!!
My niece, boyfriend, and I had a great time here. We attended the All the Pizza you can eat night and really had a blast! The pizza was good, brought me back to my childhood. Lots of positivity and fun! Workers were helpful - didn't have any negative experiences with them. They were enjoying themselves despite them actually being at work. There were always nice people their to assist my niece whenever she fell (when I wasn't falling myself). I wish that the adult sized skates supported your ankle more. (This just means I'll purchase my own skates!) The bathrooms are disgusting! Have your kids go before leaving home and you should have a great time! Newark's hidden gem!
