I waited 15 min for a beer, they forgot my order. I asked to cancel my order and I left. They charged me 3 times the amount. Their receipt was completely bogus. Simply illegal and outrageous. This establishment should be checked and closed by the authorities.
4. The "waiter" if I can call him that tried to be friendly but never showed up, never asked anything, except to put the awful food in my face
I try to check Google, yelp, etc. before eating somewhere; but in this case didn't, much to my regret. I thought well so far of this Newark Terminal C "Farm to Terminal" concept and had eaten at other places in the terminal (all overpriced) but this was terrible. I had gone to work and then had a flight, so had not eaten in 8 hours so I was frankly desperate for some food. It was an odd hour and not too busy so I sat down and then it began, in brief.
Avoid at all costs.
6. Please save yourself from eating at this place. Frankly I'm getting a bit tired of around $20+ becoming common for one sandwich and a soda especially for such poor food
Don't waste your time or money..!! Service is beyond terrible, food is below average!! This is one of the effects of replacing people with tablets!
1. Terrible food and overpriced, the bread was old and dry, the meatballs beyond mediocre and no sauce, unmelted cold cheese and cold food

3. Outlet was banged up (how is this possible), the outlet facing the iPad type device
The iPad ordering system is terrible. If you're going to automate the process, make it simple and stop trying to squeeze every cent of profit with banner ads everywhere on the screen. The food is poor quality at a premium price. $18 for a burger (w/ processed cheese) and fries was beyond disappointing. The "server" who greeted us was extremely nice and friendly, but the system he has to work within is broken (or poorly executed). If this is the future of airport restaurants, air travel is doomed.
5. Spent over $20 for basically an awful meatball sub and a coke, the coffee never came so just got had for that
Perfectly acceptable airport food. Nothing special, not terrible. Our food arrived quickly.
