I rent at this airport frequently. The selection of cars is usually pretty good. From time to time they have been out but you only wait a minute or two when this happens and usually you end up with an upgrade. I recently earned exec status and the selection at this airport is MUCH better for exec. I have always been able to get a car I wanted even when not executive.
At that National Rental Car place the guy at the counter was awesome
I normally rent through National, but on my last trip I tried to save some money by using a no name company. Terrible mistake! I was left stranded 3 hours away from my destination. In comes National to the rescue! It made me realize that you truly get what you pay for, and never again will I trust anyone but National when renting my car.
Enjoyed how easy it was to rent a car. My son loved picking out which car. I wish I would have been refunded for the tank of gas I prepaid. I turned the car in full. That would be great customer service. That would make my decision to use National on my future rentals.
My check out experience at the Newark location was exceptional! Vincent was wonderful and very good looking!
The site is right off the train and quick access to the freeway. I have never had to wait beyond more than 1 car to exit. Nice to have the water and the toll pass available here too.
EVERY MEMEBER OF STAFF I INTERACTED WITH WAS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL. ALSO, THE SELECTION OF CARS IN THE EMERALD CLUB AISLE WAS GREAT - AND THE CAR I CHOSE WAS CLEAN AND FRESH. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT RENTAL EXPERIENCE!
