Renting the car was no problem, but when returning it took 45 minutes before someone told me to just write the mileage and fuel level on the contract and just walk through the pouring rain to the building. Very poor customer service. No apologies either.
At EWR airport:
They added to my bill extras I have not asked for!! Pay attention!!!

They forgot to set EZ pass in the car, so I had to return back to the location just after 30 min.
